It depends on how the operations held up and how much debt the company is carrying. Based on the fact that the top line momentum seems to have slowed, the private equity guys may have just focused on milking the company for cash. Raising money in an IPO just to pay down debt is never a good story. While Shutterstock is significantly smaller than Getty Images, their numbers are good. Hopefully, the valuation will be reasonable.
