Switched over to Chrome to watch it, as I do all online video, Safari is just a dog on video compared to chrome.
Chrome does not play ball with my beloved RSSs. At all. Donno why. Sticking with Safari, which never did me wrong, ever, on Mac and emulated Windows.

Could not wish for better than Safari, at this end.

Do you use ClickToFlash in Safari? That way I only see the Flash videos I want to.

I've had no trouble with Safari being slow for video, I find it to be very fast and smooth in everything.

I can't really stand Chrome, I use it only rarely. The interface stinks, including for its Preferences. Also, if you install the beta of Chrome, it updates itself with no way to turn that "feature" off without using a command line entry in Terminal. That's pretty lame.
