What's the story with GTAT? General solar hate/overcapacity/etc.? But they are still making a lot of money? And it doesn't matter?

DELL is still a hold for me, but more of a "show me" stock now. I'll give it another year or so. Might add, but lower than here.

Hi Shane. Look at today's action. Specifically new highs compared to new lows as opposed to stocks declining vs. stocks advancing. Lots of new lows despite more stocks advancing than declining.

In my opinion it's not a good time to be looking at stocks hitting new lows regardless if you are a value investor or short termer or whatever. Looking at the bottom when the market is tanking is not where you find value.

When the market is in a downtrend, I sell stocks that are hitting new lows. I prefer to buy at stocks that are trying to regain traction that are in an uptrend. MSFT, INTC, RGR, CLMT, SDRL, XOM are all stocks that I have been adding on the recent downtrend. Some of these names have been mentioned here as value plays.
