g.w., I talked to shareholder services the day after President Clinton imposed additional sanctions on Sudan. They said (and I paraphrase) that they are only considering companies that can stay in the game until project completion. Not companies whose government might interfere with their work. Pipe is coming from Germany and China. Contractor might come from one or the other country also. I just hope it is a company that can bring a project to completion on schedule and within budget.
