CNBC: mentioned things to beware of,"cold calling" was a biggy. FWIW the brokerage firm involved was Meyers/Pollack(no sure of the spelling), good place to start though. DD

HELP question for the group either side for that matter: My broker has done a really interesting thing. Probably because of all my yelling they got confused. They have actually issued me 2 certificates. Both are the same amount which is what I own. they came about 2 weeks apart. So effectively I now have twice as many shares in cert form than I ever bought! Yes I am serious! They called and said oops they made a mistake and after I get the second cert if could just return it to them when I get a chance. now in my account they listed it as a short position a value associated to it. What the heck does this mean exactly....(especially since an individual can not short this stock supposedly???) They dont seem to be to anxious for me to return them.....yet obviously i guess i owe them something if I want to keep them? I would guess the price is lowers that when they where issued so does that mean i am ahead if I sell them or if I hold them like the others when the price goes up do i loose on these particular ones? Help? anybody ever heard of a situation like this????? Guess I am now a shorter by accident:)
