Smith, are you so dumb you don't realize that spending control is only one part of deficit reduction and the other part is revenue growth? Phillips, are you so dumb to believe that any system of taxation would support the current spending levels? You are the one who started this discussion with your false claims about Obama's spending. Now that you have been proven a liar, you want to change the focus to revenue?
