Yahoo! has NN listed as a negative earnings surprise, -11.11%.

Paul Sagawa, analyst with Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. in New York,
published a report Tuesday affirming his "underperform" rating on
Newbridge, saying he expects Newbridge's fiscal 1998 and fiscal 1999
earnings to be "well below consensus" because of increasing competition in the wide area network sector.

Sagawa also expects some news about UB Networks. "I would be pretty
happy to see them jettison (UB Networks)," he told Dow Jones.

Seems you're right about UB, other stories describe it as pretty much a mess.
