The village takes another hit.

Judge: Flashing Headlights To Warn of Speed Trap Is Protected Speech Posted by Walter Olson

Florida cops have made a practice of ticketing drivers who warn others about speed traps by flashing their lights, despite uncertainty as to whether state law actually does prohibit such flashing. Now a judge in Sanford, Fla. has ruled that Ryan Kintner of Lake Mary not only was within his rights under state law when he flashed his headlights, but was engaging in speech protected by the First Amendment. Obama has said he'll allow the Bush tax cuts to expire if the (R) refuse to allow any tax increases and veto any attempt to short circuit the spending cuts to the military and civilian programs that the (R)'s AGREED to in the last budget deal. So, ALL the facts in Rex Nutting's piece are TRUE.

I'm not sure which logical fallacies you committed, but there are at least a couple in that paragraph.

The (R)'s obstructionism IS the problem standing in the way of defict reduction. Those are the FACTS.

One man's obstructionism is another man's negotiation tactic. The fact is if you want the Ds to stop blowing money you have to play hardball.

Whether you love or hate Boehner, he is playing hardball and that is what is needed.
