Otoh you need to adjust for cost of living, commute, etc. Further, let us know what the national average IS? Also compare to a place like Arizona so as not to confuse correlation with causation :)) Finally, don't forget to note that this exact same type of performance/pay corollary, taken at this point in time is vigorously defended by the same poster when it comes to CEOs of corporations in the same state. Further, he screams and yells about free markets and right to cut pay out of one side of his mouth while denouncing the rights of those that agreed to those same packages when the "market" price was higher. Hang around a while, he's just one of the local hypocrites. DAK
