Question about TI buyout and my AMTX shares:

Having never owned stock in a company that was bought out, I'm not exactly sure what my options are at this point. Would some kind soul enlighten me?

I understand that I can sell now for current market price of just under 20. Or, I can wait and hope a better offer than TI's comes along.

What I don't understand is what happens on/after December 23 when the tender offer expires. If I do nothing, will TI automatically snap up my shares and a corresponding deposit of $20/share be automatically made in my brokerage acct? Or will my shares become worthless?

Thanks for your help,

Jim
