(iii) the schumer proposal is aimed at retroactive and punitive state actions to specifically discourage future emigrations and doing so w/ explicit threat that such emigrants cannot visit their loved ones and friends remaining in america

(iv) the expatriation tax of team usa is already at a higher rate than that of nazi germany, and the nazis of germany never attempted retroactive (10 years) tallying and future (10 years) global clawback that could account for 50% of the average adult male's very productive years

(v) i fear but find the script very predictable that the bipartisan-supported legislative proposal is just so, as the script had been tracking so well so far
