Everybody but Samsung is losing share in the Android marketplace. Right now it's a two horse race between Samsung and Apple... if Nokia came out with just another Android phone it would have been greeted with a yawn.

With Window Phone they have a chance to be the lead manufacturer of that OS, instead of starting from the end of the line. Might fail, if WP fails, but still a better strategy.

And WP gets so much better reviews than Android.... hopefully the consumer will catch on.
