It is going to take more than one election to turn things around. The most important necessity in order to do that will be…

Term limits, term limits, term limits.

Oh! Did I mention term limits?

"It is going to take more than one election to turn things around. The most important necessity in order to do that will be citizen awareness, action, and vigilance."

The main purpose of the TP meetings I moderate and attend outside of my own group is to inform, and inspire people into action. We have core groups of members who are willing to do the heavy lifting, but we are always on the look out for more volunteers. Volunteers are what make change possible.

I agree the Romney supporters are probably thinking he'll go in and actually change WDC.............and I'm hoping for the same..............but I'm not all that optimistic because I understand the odds are against that happening. Romney's recent comments about education are spot on, and it's easy to have big ideas, but we'll see just how easily he can be persuaded otherwise by the Influences in all of his decisions if he is elected.
