And what is your realistic assessment of getting a constitutional amendment through both houses of Congress with a 2/3 approval? I don't know the mechanics, but there are many out there with far more knowledge than I who are well into the discussion. Google it. Many said the Tea Party was nothing more than a small group of disgruntled old farts like me. Look where it is today. Voter activism is strong (and getting stronger) today, and the annointed/elected in D.C. are aware of it.
