Re I'll go with page 20 of the recently filed Q1 10Q . "Typically, the appraisal or other valuation service is provided by an independent contractor. Most of the fee is passed through to the contractor. StreetLinks retains a portion of the fee to cover its costs of managing the process of fulfilling the order and, for some services, performing a quality control review of the independent appraisal. "
