Most likely correct ... and regardless of what might be enacted, someone will eventually find a way around it. But, we have to keep at it, relentlessly, day after day. Keep it up until the Capital Hill switchboards are jammed. Until they have placed every one of us on 'ignore' to block us from emailing them.... And until they know ahead of time what will happen at every town hall meeting they arrange. We have to politely-but-pointedly tel them, again and again, just what we want and what we expect .... starting when they are in "campaign mode" even prior to them being elected. We have to, in other words, be just as obnoxious as they have been for the past few decades.
