With Corvisa being called out independently, I'd like to see it reported independently going forward (or folded in to the holding company). With Corvisa being reported as part of SL, it's hard to tell its impact.

The concern you should have with Corvisa is whether it presents a recurring revenue stream or not. It is nice to have a niche product at the time when regulators mandate a process which would be aided by that product, however, it runs the risk of being a one time sale with no reason for repeat business.

Software maintenance is basically upgrades and error fixes. Unless the upgrades are significant, customers often go without maintenance. When it is error corrections, customers will pay software maintenance until they can implement something else, and they WILL want to implement something else, which destroys future sales.

What type of significant upgrades does Corvisa maintenance provide? Or do they just fix bugs?
