After looking at the prospectus, it does look like AMCC is trading at a pretty good discount. It's prospects also look great. The revenue growth looks good too. I would like to see what analyst say about future earnings and revenue growth. Mark

Regarding silicon versus GaAs (Gallium Arsenide): "The Company believes silicon-based processes tend to be less expensive, more predictable with respect to yields and better able to ramp to high-volume production than non-silicon processes.
