I think you called it correctly in your earlier post - it has lost it's momentum. The good news is that it is not trending lower so maybe the selling pressure has eased. I hope all the weak hands who bought at the 10 and above level have already exited leaving the solid long term investors as holders.

Will we see the traditional year-end rally in small caps this year?
