JT,

As far as you fears about the lockout shares. There is some truth there. There were 18 million shares realeased from lockup not too long ago. It's sure is suspect that H&Q typically ups their earnings estimates right after locked shares are released. They are also under some sort of SEC probe for their practice of "spinning" IPO shares for their favorite customers. Makes me wonder.

I like Rambus and own some shares, but it still scares me.
