Yeah, the GOP call for cutting spending every where, except the military where we spend $750B per year is ludicrous. Then also their desire to keep the Bush tax cuts for the wealthy despite all common sense to the contrary. There positions are not defensible. But never ending Keynesianism is not defensible either and that's what we're engaged in now. Like I said, there's insanity in both parties.
