J.R., Good question. That sounds like something for a Securities Attorney.

I assume that once the merger was completed, the company would come under the standard restrictions and, if necessary, apply for appropriate listing on whatever market was applicable. We see similar situations where a company grows (or shrinks) to a point where their trading has to be moved. They are usually given a certain length of time to comply.

But that's just MY assumption. I am not an attorney.

I will keep checking for info on that and if I find anything, I'll let you know. If anyone else knows, please pass it along to us. Thanks in advance.

Best wishes,
Brad

To: All CVIA Thread Participants,

As I have mentioned in previous postings on this CVIA thread, I have on a very regular basis (as an interested and concerned CVIA shareholder) been in contact/communication with CVIA Management!

Today , Tuesday , November 25, 1997, I have a few more of my own opinions and bits of information that I have received from CVIA Management, to share with you!

You can well imagine that CVIA Management is not going to tell us any details or information , until the next level of negotiation or agreement regarding a merger/transaction has taken a significant step in favour of CVIA and it's shareholders!

Here are some points which you may find of interest, and keep in mind that this is just my own opinion how I interpreted the communication! Each of you may see it in a totally different light!

#1. The way I understood it, was that the next CVIA merger progress report will probably be out after December 1st., 1997!

Now, my own personal view/opinion on a report coming out after December 1st., personally makes me very "happy"! I think I would have questioned a news release coming out just prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday or just the day after Thanksgiving! ( The viewing audience , I would guess , would be limited in it's numbers, due to vacationing and festive activities!).

Here is a personal observation that I made, and that is the last two press releases that CVIA has issued , were both on Tuesday's!

Next Tuesday, will be Tuesday, December 2nd, ( and yes ! it's after December 1st., 1997!) ( Just my own speculative thought, and the last two Tuesday announcements were probably just coincidence!).

#2. As I understood it, today would be my last opportunity to get feedback from CVIA Management until December 1st.,1997!

The reason being , that the CVIA Management would be gone for the holidays,( but for me more importantly!)--- Gone! For Meetings!!!!

I wonder what the meetings are about?

My speculating thoughts also make me wonder "what's up?"--because one could be of the opinion that the MM's may appear to be pressing the price down as well! My guess is that this often happens before a good announcement! ( Just my own opinion!).

#3. I was curious to know what the CVIA webb site " under construction" indicated?

I was led to understand that " Under Construction" is just a common term for changes coming.

Then I was advised that Webb Site Construction will be done for the new company after a merger!

I wish I could share and speculate more information, but, that's all that I am aware of at this time!

If any one would care to share any views regarding this posting, your thoughts and views would be appreciated!

In closing this posting and understanding that this is just my personal view, I am anxiously ,but "PATIENTLY!" awaiting for what I feel will be a very exciting and long awaited December for the CVIA shareholders!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
