Interesting question. Slow down in the U.S. economy, slow growth in China, Euro crisis ongoing, fiscal cliff at year end, presidential election in btw and so it goes.

I have grappled with the above events in relation to Bob's call for new highs in the market in mid 2013. The only conclusion I can come up with with such a call is that Bob thinks these issues will be resolved satisfactorily otherwise why the bullish call?
