Here's some news. The word is that last week just before the Thanksgiving break, Charles Mehler filed a court action to stop the annual meeting. The action was based on his allegation that he did not have proper notice and therefore could not get enough votes together to get voted in, and current people voted out. The result was that Mehler lost, and the annual meeting was held, Dec 1 as planned. I have not gotten confirmation, but believe current mngmt is voted in for another year. I was also told that the Court awarded costs and fees to QSTI for the Mehler law suit. Perhaps this answers all of our questions as to why we got all those e-mails a few months ago. I think Mr. Mehler had a score to settle and his own agenda at heart. Yes, Charles I know you are reading this; some days you eat the bear, some days the bear eats you.
On a brighter note, I am told the financials for QSTI are starting to look good. They have trimmed the expenses and have some good revenues coming in. With some hopefull contracts coming in, we may even see a profit..... which could only help the stock. I'm buying more now because I do not believe the price will stay this low for much longer. Regards to all and happy holidays...Greenie
