Today I got news straight from Kazahkstan. I've always said the best way to find out about a company is to ask their competitors; they always keep a watchful eye on each other.

It is the belief of certain executives (1 sr. geologist, 3 managers, 1 director) of several (3) energy companies that AIPN will soon be worth triple the current price, if not more. The time frame stated was by the end of January 1998. It is also their belief that AIPN sits on very valuable property containing alot of oil, most likely rivaling Chevron's Tengiz. I didn't get specific # of barrels.

In addition, not knowing I was already a shareholder, they recommended that I purchase the stock. They have heard rumors, not of a JV, but a buyout. AIPN has been the hot subject in all their meetings for the past 2 weeks.

I make no guarantees as to how the story will pan out, and am quite guarded about saying anything else because I don't want to be accused of hyping the stock. Remember I stated I was accumulating under $4.50, then under $5. I'm moving my limit up to $5.50.

As always these are just the opinions of one man.
Best regards!
Tony
