Kenneth and his commie compatriots are more into Title than ability. Once the "title" is awarded nothing more than average attendance is necessary. Results are the childs problem, that much is obvious and cannot be argued. Mediocrity is the goal. All perform to the lowest levels of the group. No reward of performance pay as it is discriminatory and there is no nondiscriminatory manner in which to judge performance. Meanwhile we contimue to pay teachers who have been removed from the classroom for conduct.
