Thanks Milk, If you write to Jack here is my 2 cents worth for the pot. 1. His number of shares held. 2. Ask Jack WHAT WE can do to support the company? A) Holding Shares 3. Let him KNOW we all behind him 110% 4. Let him know that it was he who said he was trying to do what is best for the share holders and we will hold him to this. Perhaps, if he KNOWS he has a faithful band of share holders that are watching and monitoring the company (OUR) company it will make an impact on him and this will encourge him to hold out for the best deal. I feel we should be willing to TRUST his timing and jugement on securing the BEST deal he can find. EVEN if it is not this one! We can wait if necessary... haste makes waste. Dusty
