The permit says that the ONLY plastics that JBI can receive are NON RECYCLABLE plastics. That means by definition plastics that there is no market for.

Since DEC has been on site multiple times and inspected the plastics being used at JBI, I feel safe in saying that a NY State agency agrees that the plastics being used at JBI are compliant with the permit requirements.

That means plastics that will have a tipping fee charged to dispose of them unless JBI accepts them.

So unless you have some sort of evidence to the contrary.......Yes, I think JBI gets its plastic for free.
