Yeah, nothing, REALLY... That article you put up is all just BS. Reagan could have raised defense spending to 2 TRILLION a year and it wouldn't have made the Soviet Union "break up". How much MORE are we spending and how much MORE is our defense SUPERIOR to N. Korea, yet I don't see N. Korea suddenly breaking down and giving in. WHY'S THAT????? You say it worked with the Russians, so why isn't it working with the N. Koreans???????? Gorbachev broke up the Soviet Union. Reagan had NOTHING to do do with it.
