This is a passport recycling economy There was a lot of flack about that very thing the last time Lebanon blew up.. Current government is trying make entry tougher ie.. preference to entrepreneur folks.. Professionals are problematic as you point out... OTOH we now have many many immigrant doctors and lawyers opening up practices in Toronto... very noticeable... too big an investment for two year stint.. so it would be interesting to know the recycling stats.. Besides employers just need to check education credentials.. weeding largely accomplished... EDIT: I have family that does similar to you but moved entire family to Dubai... made lots of dough.. kids (One so far) come home for university and family will follow when youngest is university age... They made lots of dough... settling here not there.. You think folks want to stay in Saudi Arabia ? You retiring in Africa :O)
