This company is hopeless they have 90 days to file a 10K after the fiscal year. They were checked out at corptech.com and no filing has taken place.

Archie----I think that it is about time I gave Zani another call. I hate to have to take the position of saying, " You told me this and you told me that. Why did you lie to me?", but I will do it. I just feel that there is something really weird going on, because the company seems to be disappearing before our eyes. You can't even get to their website anymore(not that it ever told you anything anyway). I've had pretty good luck getting a response from them in the past, so I'll give it a try in the morning. Art
