I take a baby aspirin in the morning along with a potassium tablet. Anyone having cramps, especially from medicine, potassium stops them cold.

I have been taking statins for 15 years. My younger brother has already had a qunituple bypass surgery and both his kids have had heart attacks.

All the docs say about my heart is how strong it sounds. Statins and riding my bike every day.

This is interesting, taking 10 mg of Crestor, lowers the cholesterol by 46%, but taking 5 mg still lowers it by 40%.
