I strongly agree with you. When one is arrested, one is at the mercy of whomever he/she happens to draw as a judge in the case. Will he/she be a fair, impartial judge who exercises good judgement when applying the law, or a leftist radical and activist who is determined to enforce his/her radical political interpretation of the law against a defendant he/she holds in disdain upon first sight?

What the heck? The judgement was certainly weird enough to cause a national commotion, especially when we consider how many heinous criminals have been released into our communities. JLAllen has been forced to move from this discussion, so the honorable thing for you all to do would be to move on also. It is hardly fair or just to continually bash him after removing him. And that comment is ill fitting ta boot. Las I heard his area is real estate for crying out loud.
