Steve: Well, now .. wait a minute ... let's take a real close look at the contract announcement ... >>According to this proposal, the value of the work to be contracted to COGNICASE and its partners is estimated to exceed $50 million over the next four years.<< Hmmmm ... I don't see anything in there that says COGIF will receive $50 million dollars. They'll have to share it with their partners. And, over 4 years ... hmmm ... that's a long time. And, it says work to be contracted ... not yet, I guess? It seems like the market should have reacted strongly today at about 1:00 EST, doesn't it? But, it didn't. Still looking for 6'ish. TED
