And no people on earth has ever, ever!, lived better than the people listed above! Most Americans will disagree with you. Canada and Sweden have spent the last 20 years reducing the large welfare states that were driving them to bankruptcy. Australia is in the early stages of what will be a long and deep depression. Norwegistan is like your beloved Alaska, floating on oil revenues which are rapidly dropping, what will it be in 50 or 100 years? I have spent a lot of time in Finland, people there do not live better than Americans. None of them practices the "liberal" policies you support. None of them overpays bank tellers or other low skill workers, just to be fair. Most of them discriminate against immigrants and minorities far more than America. If they are so wonderful, why don't you go live in one, perhaps the Netherlands where you could get stoned legally.
