this was an act of staggering historical ignorance as well as crass insensitivity. man of the world?.... man of history? ........what a crock.......it's inconceivable that anyone with any sense of world history would make such a comment.........but then again I thought the same of the 57 state comment.

You'd think Obama would prepare for his remarks better ... practice them first and get his mistakes corrected. Thinking of the mispronunciation of 'corpsman' that he made some time ago ... can't Axelturf get him to read his material out loud before hand in private so someone can point out mispronunciations and historical errors?
