Our Technical Post Grad system is the best in the world. Did you mean science and engineering? Yes, it has been for quite some time and is probably still is with rapidly decreasing margin of leading as more and more PhDs getting onto the track of food stamp. This area is probably one of the few that US spent wisely on. Liberal Arts Post Grad is good if you can get into the Government Intern System, where you don't have to know anything, just have connections. Tipping my hat to you! The only US citizen who has been so candid with this kind of matter.
