DEJ. Am still holding a full position with shares bought at @$.34 and .31 in couple of ira accounts. I'll consider adding if stock is still at .22 tomorrow.

Not sure that I like/understand current situation. I guess my error in not selling some shares in anticipation that the company might do a stock issuance (although some companies in same situation have issued debt rather than dilute current stockholders). And the company had to issue shares now -- they couldn't do the deal earlier when stock was higher -- at $.4, .5 or .6?? Otoh, insiders own 25% of the company, so m-a-y-b-e they might know what they are doing here-- or at least they should have some incentive to know. I guess overall, the oil assets DEJ has could be valuable; management's ability to monetize them to the stockholders' benefit might be a concern.
