The lack of money is going to dictate that we eventually adapt a health care plan very much like Mel has suggested. If Obamacare passes legal muster with the Supreme Ct. it will morph into something like Mel's plan in order to stay solvent.

If it doesn't there will be other legislation that forms a health care plan like Mel has suggested. It's the only way we can afford to give coverage to everyone.
