True but I'd bet even in the mid 1990's low the numbers were no where near as good as the 1960's and prior periods factoring in interest rates in that area. You do get the numbers to pencil in most of the country these days with a few exceptions like coastal SoCal so that should be a must read book these days for any wannabe RE baron..
