Yes. Mr. Ingham was certainly comfortable affixing his name to the Sarbanes-Oxley certification for the 10-K...even though the filing was cleaned of the reference that a significant portion of the revenues came from paper fibre and therefore misleading as to the business in which JBI operates.

And it's been two weeks for Mr. Rauber and so far he doesn't seem to be stepping forward and objecting to anything from 'patent pending' or anything else. Is he just doing his duties as a puppet?? I suppose I'll give Mr. Rauber a few more weeks before I condemn him, though. We'll see what his first communication is to shareholders. He's aware that he was appointed CEO, right??
