LOL his book was' Buy and Hold Forever' something that hasn't made sense in SoCal in 30 years. First time I read that book was in 2004 when we were bubbling up big time down here and I laughed at how outdate and useless that book was in the modern era yet hoped someday it would be relevant again. And vola here we are history repeated in most of the country values and interest rates back to the 1960's and every younger person seeking financial independence the slow way should go read that book..
