CMS and 'friends' do not have control and there is a lot of warrants that are coming due and could be taken down by parties unfriendly to Management. No wonder the lack of any form of promotion!

Its a real shame that the little guy gets drawn into CMS's game playing and suffers the loss accordingly.

Thanks, Bill. I wonder if the small investor can find out who owns PFG shares, and how many -- since it might give some picture of PFG's future. Also, CMS must have received many ABX shares on the Aeroquipa deal. Could that cloud future decisions she will have to make between ABX's interests and PFG's interests?
