C2, the world is now in the transition from Bricks to Bytes. Gold is in the Bricks era. We are not living in uncertain times - no more so than normal anyway. Such claims have always been made [since I recall anyway]. What is extremely unusual is the sudden and rapid transition to the Cyberspace era of bytes instead of bricks. It's the biggest thing ever, with all things that have gone before, combined, being trivial by comparison. The industrial revolution always seemed a big deal to me. But now I realize how trivial it was. The world has gone exponentially parabolic through asymptotic to hyperbolic. This is a very big deal. That's why such a silly thing as Facebook can be worth $100 billion. We will soon see things measured by the $trillion. Apple is closing on that. I have plans for something in the $10 trillion range. All the gold in the world doesn't amount to a hill of beans.
