It will be about $5 trillion of stimulus spent with nothing to show for it but a big IOU for the younger generation to deal with.

Of course that's not true. The stimulus led a recovery from the worst recession since WW II caused by Bush/R policies. The country had a similar recessin in the early 90s after the Reagan and the first Bush.
