I guess what I'm saying is that ROMT is in deep doo-doo if they get delisted and would have a hard time staying in biz w/o $$$. They could be buying shares putting out positive forward press releases, build inventories and stop R&D to get a positive looking number which might draw people in and add liquidity, selling into that. Lets face it, the software biz can be brutal, look and Informix or Acclaim. I'm keeping an eye on ROMT but I want to see the meat first and won't buy based on press releases from the company re: profitability.

I'll concede given the present liquidity of ROMT, it would be highly unlikely the options and purchased shares could be unloaded w/o collapsing the stock, more likely the scenario is that they are trying to keep the co. listed and do think the future is positive, can they follow through w/ earnings is the key
