So once again we see that Obama agrees with and expands on prior Bush actions.

Makes it hard to keep up the "Bush did it" meme with everything else.

The chance for blowback on this operation is pretty high too.

I don't get it...I have to assume Obama is really desperate. Dangerously desperate.
