Why should Obama and congress care................after all it wasn't their money." Perfect Subject and Title for a Book! Would be a best seller....!

So often, we all marvel at the cost of everything the Feds do....especially buildings and roads. We spend Millions per mile now on most roads, and then, seemingly without reason, a few years later, tear up those roads to put a new little gizmo in the roads (reflectors, or making a new lane, or a new exit, etc etc etc.....) Seems to me that with ALL the hundreds of pages of studies that are done on everything the Gov'mint does, or wants to do, that some thought and consideration should be mandatory about advanced thought of those changes that might be made in the future....

I'd like to see bonuses given to workers for a project not only done ahead of schedule, but requiring that the project had met every single design requirement using EXCELLENT materials, purchased at very competitive prices.

PS....I see today on FoxNews that Re the current price of gas per gallon, that MD is leading the nation in the lowest cost for Regular $3.10, and that WA State has the highest prices for gas per gallon at $4.49 average per gal....
