Referring to the press release dated Nov 24th :

and I quote :

" Firamada's finance subsidiary created in September showed a net PROFIT ( my emphasis ) of $ 73,645.25 in it's first month of operation "

By my calculation that is an annualized PROFIT of $ 883,743.00 from just this one subsidiary ? are these audited numbers ??

Please give me a BREAK !!!

Jim, I think this may be the section that you are referring to:

From their November 24, 1997 press release.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Firamada's finance subsidiary created in September showed a net profit of 73,645.25, in its first month of operation.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I don't think the income from their finance subsidiary would come from the sale of stock because that would be capital and I don't believe capital is classified as net profit. I could be wrong on this. Maybe they are using some sophisticated accounting techniques.

I think that this may have to do with a payroll financing subsidiary
that was mentioned in an earlier press release. I was not aware this was up and running yet. And $73,000 profit for the first month is pretty surprising. So I think it would be best to call the company and have that clarified.

Jim, However, It they had a .06 cent eps for just the 3Q, that's
1.2 million dollars in income. So even if you throw out the 73,000, that is still a 1.13 million dollar profit. But to me, I think it definitely needs to be clarified.
