Hmmm, LOL!!! No, just because you don't have a full grasp and a working knowledge of the mechanisms of my model doesn't mean you're an idiot or in a pre-Alzheimer's state, not at all... okay, good question, but I did clearly explain the process in the thread in several posts as the events occurred in real time, but to save you time searching for those posts, let me see if I can make it clear for you here...

Not only do I require a confirmation on the close, but my model also gives me a second confirmation as well... this occurs all the time, it's automatically expected... now, on my most recent confirmed buy signal, I did not get that "automatic" second confirmation, in fact the following morning showed it was a failed signal even though the initial signal was indeed confirmed, that was a big surprise to me and I recalculated many times to be absolutely sure there was no error... this is very rare but it does occur... this secondary failed signal put my initial buy into neutral so I went flat immediate, not long or short... the very next day I had a sell signal, and the primary sell signal was then also not confirmed, this took my model back out of neutral and back into buy mode on the original confirmed buy signal (actually nullifying the secondary failed buy signal of the previous day)... until yesterday when I had another sell signal which was also confirmed... in fact, I had four confirmed sell signals in one day, this is also rare, the very first time I ever saw that...

My model is highly sophisticated and can navigate very well through just about all market conditions, and this recent event is a very good example of that... I hope I addressed your question, was this helpful? If not, let me know... TIA
